Return Policy: Logically, once we have transferred material to you, it cannot be "returned", such as a file, or magazine. It is not possible to cancel a transaction for a magazine order or any product that comes with a file, from the moment it is sent by mail / email. Any other product, can be returned in its original packaging, without defects, within 30 business days. The credit will be received upon arrival of the product back in its entirety.
